Good Catch is a collaborative project of four organisations that helps the culinary sector navigate seafood sustainability to make practical improvements in their business. It brings together the work of the Marine Conservation Society (MCS), the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC),
SeaWeb’s Seafood Choices and Sustain: the alliance for better food and farming.
Good Catch directs catering professionals to a range of user-friendly materials and activities on seafood sustainability, specifically designed to
help restaurants and related businesses improve the sustainability of the seafood they buy, serve and promote.
