Cephalopods

These are technically Molluscs, but in both appearance and cooking they are a completely different kettle of fish (sorry, but we had to use that line somewhere!). Cleaning and preparing Cephalopods can be time consuming and is very messy, so you may want M&J to do it.

Squid

The best loved cephalopod; Squid has a firm texture, and a strong flavour.
