We buy direct from local fisherman on day boats to guarantee the freshest catch as well as direct from some of the larger boats. This is supplemented by sourcing the best from the rest of the world's catch. We also offer our British Skippers Scheme, which allows us to reserve the finest premium quality, responsibly caught fish.

To compliment our fresh fish, M&J offer the largest range of frozen products. From essentials like prawns to value-added specialties such as scampi and battered and breaded fillets. In addition at each local M&J branch the deli chiller contains a large range of seafood products including smoked salmon, gravadlax, crab, caviar, crayfish tails, anchovy fillets, marinated herrings and salmon rolls.
