The British Retail Consortium (BRC) Global Standard is a comprehensive certification covering all areas of product safety, legality and quality, and is recognised in the UK and Europe as the benchmark for food standards. All M&J local branches are BRC certified.

M&J Seafood are committed to giving you total confidence in our products and services. We believe all suppliers should meet these standards.
“How does BRC help me?”
It gives you total peace of mind that you and your customers are being protected. For example, our BRC standards mean we can trace each and every sale of all high risk fresh products (ie: mussels, oysters, tuna) throughout the supply chain back to where it was caught, demonstrating that it was temperature controlled all the way to your kitchen.
